Spectacular stay at Paulo’s place for New Year’s Eve. Walking distance to nice restaurants and bars and only a block or so from the festivities on Copacabana beach. It’s a well appointed apartment, we utilized the kitchen which had everything needed to cook a meal. We enjoyed the large televisions and the shower had had plenty of hot water. The lobby security staff were always helpful and pleasant. Overall a safe, comfortable and convenient stay. Highly recommend!

One word to describe the overall experience: TOP! A very well-equipped apartment — modern, intelligently designed, and furnished with attention to detail. You feel comfortable right away, and it has everything you need for a longer stay. I stayed in the apartment for 12 days, and there was enough bed linen and towels to change, even toilet paper for the entire time. The king-size bed is extremely comfortable, all the appliances are top-notch and new, and there are power outlets with USB ports everywhere. The internet connection, at 250 Mbps, is excellent for work and very stable. Although the apartment doesn’t have a sea view, the beach is only a 1.5-minute walk away, in a prime location at Copacabana. Highly recommended!

If you want an easy place to go in and out, close to the beach and all other activities, this is the place that you want. I would go back anytime.
