Tivemos uma ótima estadia com Paulo, o espaço é lindo e corresponde 100% às fotos. Ele responde super rápido e é super solicito, extremamente bem localizado e sem nenhum perigo, sou paulista e meu maior medo era em questão de segurança, foi tudo excelente. Voltaremos com certeza!

It was a pleasure to stay in Paulo unit. The unit was clean and well maintained. I especially liked the dryer (a unique feature). The area is great, vibrant restaurants, gyms, malls, cinemas and supermarkets close by all make for a great neighbourhood. There is also constant police visibility, and people walking the neighbourhood at night which is great for evening atmosphere. Will definitely recommend this unit and area to anyone (especially foreign travellers who don’t speak that much Portuguese).

I had a wonderful stay at Paulo’s Airbnb and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rio. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described. One of the things I appreciated most was the security. The building has 24-hour security downstairs along with CCTV cameras, which made me feel very safe throughout my stay. The location is excellent, with the beach only a 3–4 minute walk away. There are also plenty of stores, restaurants, and other amenities nearby, making it very convenient to explore the area. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The combination of the beautiful apartment, great location, and strong security made for a truly enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Lugar maravilhoso! Uma vista sensacional do Pão de Açúcar e da praia do Botafogo. Tem mercado no térreo do ape, lugares pra tomar café, almoçar e jantar pertinho. Ponto de bike do Itaú do lado, 3 minutos do shopping Botafogo, enfim, sensacional. Tivemos dias maravilhosos no apê e suas redondezas. Tudo muito confortável e novinho. Paulo foi muito gente boa, flexibilizando check in e retornando rapidamente as mensagens.

Apartamento extremamente novo e bem equipado, localização ótima próximo de tudo , restaurantes bons , cafeterias, etc… Fica apenas 1 quadra da praia , local simplesmente sensacional ! Deixo aqui meus sinceros agradecimentos pela ótima recepção e estadia que recebemos !

El departamento tiene traba digital lo que hace que sea súper cómodo, el lugar está bien para dos personas, las instalaciones están muy bien, tiene electrodomésticos de todo tipo la cama es muy buena te dejan toallas limpias, la valoración es 10 de 10 No tengo quejas!!
