One of the best apartments I have stayed in Copacabana! I am a Home Inspector, and I owned a real estate office in Salvador, Brazil, I was in charge of short term and vacation rentals with over 30 apartments. Let me tell you that this unit is very well prepared for all your rental needs, the most minimal details have been taken into consideration, from outlet adaptors, extra pillows, towels, to kitchen appliances. The apartment was pristine, decorated with stylish furniture, and it has one of the most comfortable beds I slept in. It is an example for other rentals to follow. Congratulations on that. Thank you Paulo and Eve, that made our stay perfect and unforgettable. 5 stars out of 5. I recommend this rental, you won't be disappointed.

Paulo’s place was an amazing stay in Copacabana. The unit was great with a comfortable bed, two large tv’s, great kitchen that allowed us to feel right at home as well as a very large bathroom with two sinks and a large shower. The unit is in a central location near to Copacabana, less than a 2 minute walk to get there. At night it can be a busier location with homeless around but we never felt unsafe. Would highly recommend to anyone that is wanting a nice stay in a comfortable unit near to Copacabana.

Paulo’s place in Copacabana was an amazing stay from start to finish. The cleanliness was top-tier—everything was spotless, fresh, and clearly well maintained. It felt like walking into a professionally cleaned, well-cared-for space, which instantly made it comfortable to settle in. The apartment itself is beautifully styled with a modern, minimal aesthetic and just the right amount of character. It gets great natural light and has a warm, inviting vibe that makes you feel at home right away. In terms of comfort, it exceeded expectations. The bed was super cozy, the space was quiet, and everything was arranged perfectly for both relaxation and functionality. The location is also perfect—right in Copacabana, close to everything, especially the beach. Paulo was a great host—responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Overall, a clean, stylish, and comfortable stay. I’d definitely book again.

El departamento está muy bien ubicado, a escasos metros de la famosa playa de Copacabana, en un entorno con muchos restaurantes, bares y comercios. Apartamento renovado a nuevo, muy cómodo, con equipamiento de primera calidad, luminoso, seguro, los 2 aires acondicionados son nuevos y mantienen una temperatura agradable. El baño es bien espacioso y cómodo. La cocina bien equipada con todos los elementos nuevos e impecables. Tiene 2 smart TVs grandes, nuevos y de muy buena definición. La cama es muy cómoda y permite un buen descanso. El anfitrión esta siempre atento a consultas y requerimientos y con muy buena predisposición a colaborar. En resumen, ha sido una excelente experiencia. Muy recomendable este departamento.

Muy contentos con los dias en rio y el hospedaje. Todo excelente, Paulo y Eve nos trataron muy amablemente. Nos dejaron hacer el check in antes de lo acordado, nos recibió Luciana, mientras preparaba el alojamiento de los huéspedes anteriores, muy amigable. Sin duda volveremos!

I had a great stay at Paulos! The location is very central—just a block from a super busy beach. I also found an amazing hot yoga studio nearby called Hot Yoga Rio. The beach is full of vendors, but if you’re looking for a beach that’s mostly occupied by locals and a bit less crowded, I definitely recommend taking a quick motorbike ride to one of the nearby beaches. I traveled solo and felt very safe walking around. It’s a busy area, but the building itself is quiet, and the front desk staff were very nice and helpful.
